Here are a few things that I consider to be important when engaging in the hazy world of social media:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/loopaa.ro\/2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/asg.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-6020\" src=\"https:\/\/loopaa.ro\/2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/asg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"210\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/loopaa.ro\/2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/asg.jpg 350w, https:\/\/loopaa.ro\/2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/asg-300x242.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>define<b>\u00a0consistency<\/b>. For example, periodical posts can get you a certain required behaviour of your customers. It&#8217;s also important to define your position when communicating. Find the right &#8220;tone&#8221; and keep it!<\/li>\n<li><b>listen, search<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>know<\/b>\u00a0your\u00a0<b>customer<\/b>. It will help you build the right message and deliver it at the right time. More than that, you&#8217;ll have a true focus of your marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<li>don&#8217;t be afraid to\u00a0<b>interact<\/b>&#8230; even if your customer is mad. People have a constant need of being noticed. Take charge and give them the importance they deserve.<\/li>\n<li>be\u00a0<b>relevant<\/b>. Once you know your customer, be sure to deliver the right message to them. This is the way of saying: Hey, I know your needs, I know your habits&#8230; here&#8217;s our solutions! And it will get you close to your customers.<\/li>\n<li><b>timing<\/b>\u00a0does matter! With the abundance of information on social media, wrong timing of your messages can result in a lower rate of response from customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the end, remember that social media is more than clicks. You must also consider: brand mentions, number of fans, page views or customer post.
