There is nothing more important in marketing than information and that\u2019s why we will present to you in the following weeks a list of the\u00a0most valuable KPI\u2019s in marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Best decisions in marketing come after measuring the actual situation, the facts or actions. Here is a relevant quote: <strong>\u201cIf you can\u2019t measure it, you can\u2019t improve it.\u201d<\/strong> (Lord Kelvin, 1824 \u2013 1907)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Follow this advice of Lord Kevin whenever you feel that you need to understand better the facts: bad or good things that happen &#8211; if you understand them, their causes and effects \u2013 you can manage them!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">First <strong>marketing KPI<\/strong> we propose is about the demand of your customers (number of inquiries, offer demands etc.). Try to see if you are really counting these actions, because the information that this KPI offers you should not be ignored: who are your customers, what new profiles of customers are interested in my products\/services, does my investment in advertising return the necessary or expected results, which of the\u00a0sales people are performing better etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>KPI name:<\/strong> <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #b01f21;\">#Inquiries<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Definition:<\/strong> Number of inquiries for company&#8217;s services and products, by any channel possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Variation and related KPI&#8217;s:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #b01f21;\"># of qualified leads (sales-ready)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #b01f21;\"># of\u00a0qualified and accepted leads<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #b01f21;\"># of\u00a0qualified and added to the forecast as winnable opportunities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #b01f21;\"># of sales<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Focus and targets:<\/strong> specific to PULL strategies, in any sector, usually business without a sales force.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">So, <strong>don\u2019t be lazy \u2013 start analyse the Marketing KPIs<\/strong>, get your conclusions and put them in numbers!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Actually, the same guy Lord Kevin said <strong>\u201cMeasure \u2026 and express the results in numbers\u201d<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You can do it whatever your marketing goal is!
