Representatives from the most important online recruiting platforms will gather together on the 23rd of February in Cluj-Napoca, to join the second edition of the MK4IT (Marketing for IT) conference.

The list of speakers from the only marketing event dedicated to the IT companies from Romania includes Laura Gregg, Media Solutions Consultant LinkedIn, Marius Pop, Product Manager Talent BestJobs and Laura Chiculiţă, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) eJobs Romania.

They will share the stage with Andreea Bușecan, HR Business Partner & Trainer Evolution HCC, Andreea Nicolescu, Senior Communication Advisor Temenos, and Mircea Vădan, Startup Programs Manager How to Web and MVP Academy.

Laura Gregg worked for three years at the McCannBlue agency from Dublin, Ireland, first as Account Manager and then as Senior Account Manager. In May 2015 she joined the LinkedIn Dublin team as Account Manager and, since July 2016, she is their Media Solutions Consultant. Laura is, as she describes herself, a solutions-focused strategic and creative thinker. She loves all things digital, as well as using digital branding to drive business growth.

Marius Pop, Product Manager Talent BestJobs, has a wide experience in helping Romanian tech companies sell their products internationally, working at the intersection of product and marketing. At BestJobs he is in charge of the entire applicants vertical. He oversees all the marketing and product development operations that target the candidates, both in Romania and internationally.

Laura Chiculiță, CMO eJobs România, runs the company’s Marketing & Communications Division. She has 10 years of experience in developing integrated marketing and branding campaigns. Over the course of her career she has molded several famous retail, e-commerce & FMCG brands.

Andreea Bușecan started her career as an HR Specialist and Trainer at Evolution HCC. After a while she decided to join the SoftVision team, as a HR Specialist. After almost 5 years spent there, she returned to Evolution HCC, occupying the HR Business Partner & Trainer position. She is specialized in creating custom products on employee motivation, retention and personnel evaluation.

Andreea Nicolescu, Senior Communication Advisor Temenos, is a communication professional passionate about branding, employee engagement and storytelling. Holding 9 years of experience, her main focus rests on finding new and exciting ways to evangelize employer branding.

Among the rest of the event’s speakers are Antonia Onaca, the founder of Engager, Sorina Bradea, the RoMarketing co-founder, Anca Bundaru, Senior Product Marketing Manager Bitdefender, Dan Ionuț Tănăsescu, Digital Marketing Manager – East Europe, Russia & CIS Ubisoft, Gabriel Dombri, CEO Tapptitude, Mircea Vădan, Startup Program Manager MVP Academy, Victor Gavronschi, CEO Loopaa, and Călin Biriș, Senior Partner Loopaa.

The second edition of the MK4IT conference will be organized around the “Employer Branding & Product Marketing: Arts You Can Master” theme, at Impact Hub Cluj-Napoca.

The conference will include two panels, one focused on the challenges and the oportunities offered by employer branding, and the other on the best product marketing strategies. There will also be a new section, of workshops, during which the participants will be able to put to work, under the speakers’ supervision, the freshly-received information.

The tickets cost 59 euro + VTA in the Early Bird system (until the 31st of January 2017) and 79 euro +VTA, regular price. They can be purchased from the event’s site, mk4it.loopaa.ro.
